Angela McCullough expressed her concerns regarding the lack of diversity in Flight Operations, describing it as predominantly consisting of white males.
She urged the managers to engage in discussions about envisioning a more inclusive future.

David ‘Wil’ Riggins, the Vice President of Flight Operations at the FAA, concurred with Angela McCullough’s observation that there is an overrepresentation of white men in the field of aviation.
“That’s great, honestly. Those are some words that we really need to spend some time digging through and thinking about,” Riggins said.
