Joe Biden and his family are under investigation for a series of alleged crimes including human trafficking, according to two Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee, Reps. Jim Jordan and James Comer, who held a press conference Thursday morning.
Comer spoke before Jordan, and delivered a succinct summary of the claims House Republicans have started investigating after winning the House of Representatives.
“This is an investigation of Joe Biden, the President of the United States, and why he lied to the American people about his knowledge and participation in his family’s international business schemes,” Comer revealed, before explaining that “national security interests” mandate the investigation. He noted that Republicans “will pursue all avenues,” including those “that have long been ignored.”

Then Comer listed the list of crimes Biden and his family allegedly committed, at least some of which would ostensibly rise to the level of impeachment.
“These include conspiracy or defrauding the United States, wire fraud, conspiracy to commit wire fraud, violation of the foreign agents registration act, violation of the board of corrupt practices act, violation of the trafficking victims protection act, tax evasion, money laundering, and conspiracy to commit money laundering.”
“The Biden family’s business dealings implicate a wide range of criminality from human trafficking to potential violations of the Constitution,” Comer alleged.
Again hinting toward impeachment, Comer said, “In the 118th Congress, this Committee will evaluate the status of Joe Biden’s relationship with his family’s foreign partners and evaluate whether is a president who is compromised or swayed by foreign dollars and influence.”
“I want to be clear,” he concluded. “This is an investigation of Joe Biden, and that is where the committee will focus.”
On social media, Jordan seemed to suggest much of the information in their investigation may pertain to the infamous Hunter Biden Laptop.
First, it wasn’t Hunter’s laptop.
Then they admitted it was his laptop, but argued it was Russian “disinformation.”
Then they admitted it wasn’t disinfo, but assured us Joe Biden wasn’t involved.
Now, it looks like Joe was involved, but they’re telling us he did nothing wrong.
