Biden DOJ Tries To Send Devon Archer To Brison, Days

Days before Hunter Biden’s former business partner is set to testify before the House Oversight Committee, President Joe Biden’s Department of Justice has sent a letter calling for Devon Archer to report to prison.

Archer and Hunter Biden co-founded the investment firm Rosemont Seneca alongside John Kerry’s stepson – Christopher Heinz in 2009.

The two also joined forces with Jonathan Li, a China-backed investor, to found BHR Partners in 2013. This investment fund was supported by some of China’s largest financial institutions including the Bank of China.

It invested in many industries and companies such as one of China’s main nuclear energy firms and an AI startup called Face++.

In 2015, BHR joined forces with AVIC Auto, a unit of Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC). The duo also became members on the board of Ukrainian natural gas firm Burisma Holdings in 2014.

In 2018 however, Archer was convicted for defrauding a Native American tribe which he is still appealing against. His one-year prison sentence was upheld by The Second Circuit Court of Appeals but it only recently came into attention when Archer contacted his longtime friend Hunter asking why his father hadn’t helped him out during these charges as per text messages found on Hunter’s abandoned laptop published by Washington Examiner last March 2019.

To add to this situation, Joe Biden’s Department Of Justice sent a letter Saturday to trial judge Ronnie Abrams calling for a date for when Archer must report to jail despite him being set to deliver closed-door testimony Monday about any involvement by Joe Biden in Hunter’s overseas business dealings.

Comer told host Maria Bartiromo, “This is the first time I have ever heard of the Department of Justice doing anything on a Saturday.”

“It’s odd that it was issued on a Saturday,” Comer said. “And it’s odd that it’s right before he’s scheduled to come in to have an opportunity to speak in front of the House Oversight Committee and tell the American people the…
