Biden Visits Arizona, but Refuses to Travel to Troubled Border ⋆ Unbelievable. ⋆ Flag And Cross

From the moment that Joe Biden assumed the reins of the presidency, there have been calls for his administration to provide resources and solutions to the crises unfolding at the southern border.

And, also from the very beginning of his time in the West Wing, he’s done next to nothing to help.  Sure, he appointed his Vice President, Kamala Harris, as “border czar”, but she refused to even visit the region for the first 90 days in that post.

Now, in a somehow more offensive turn of events, Biden himself was in Arizona this week and still refused to inspect the situation for himself.

President Joe Biden on Tuesday said he would not visit the southern border during his trip to Arizona, despite an ongoing migration crisis.

The president spoke briefly with reporters as he left the White House for a trip to Arizona to promote new investments in semiconductor chip manufacturing.

Biden provided a rather bland answer.

When asked why he was going to a border state without visiting the border, Biden replied, “Because there are more important things going on.”

Americans have long complained about Biden’s abject reluctance to tackle any issues outside of his own political bubble, but what should we expect from a man who had to be goaded into running for president by Mitt Romney?
