If you’ve been craving Coca-Cola Cherry Vanilla or Diet Coke with Splenda, you’re out of luck. Both flavors have been discontinued.
In September, a user on X speculated that Coca-Cola stopped making its Cherry Vanilla flavor. Coca-Cola confirmed, replying that the decision was due to “changing taste preferences and lifestyles.”
Great question! We decided to discontinue Coca-Cola Cherry Vanilla due to consumers’ taste preferences and lifestyles constantly changing. As a Total Beverage Company, we are always searching for ways to evolve our product portfolio to bring consumers the beverages they want.

Coca-Cola also confirmed the end of Diet Coke with Splenda in another reply, according to All Recipes.
A Coca-Cola spokesperson told CNN they’re always adjusting flavors to fit what customers want. The company is “phasing out Coca-Cola Spiced” for a new flavor in 2025.
Coca-Cola Spiced was designed to appeal to younger consumers. The goal was to offer something special for those who see Coca-Cola as more of a treat than an everyday drink.
