Mississippi State College Football Player Drops Dead at 18, Simply 2 Days Before Birthday Celebration

Mississippi State offensive electrician Sam Westmoreland saw some magnificence days before university as a celebrity at Tupelo High School.

However the fresher will never see his 19th birthday celebration. Instead, Westmoreland was reported dead on Wednesday, 2 days timid of his birthday, according to Mississippi State Athletics.

Capt. Brett Watson of the Oktibbeha County Sheriff’s Office stated authorities reacted to a phone call at around 11 a.m. Wednesday, according to the Clarion Ledger.

“One of my memories of Sam is that he was always grinning. It really did not matter what was taking place at practice or what. When he appeared at the fieldhouse he was constantly with a smile. He greeted you with a smile every day,” former Tupelo Senior high school trainer Trent Hammond said.

The college did not launch any type of information of his death.
