Newly Unsealed Docs Reveal Jack Smith’s Top Prosecutor Met with Top Biden Aide Before Any Classified Docs Were Found at Mar-a-Lago

Newly released documents in Jack Smith’s case against Trump provide further evidence that Biden’s Department of Justice was involved in setting up Trump.

According to the unsealed motion, Jack Smith’s lead prosecutor, Jay Bratt, had a meeting with a senior aide to Biden in September 2021, prior to the discovery of any classified documents at Mar-a-Lago.

Reportedly, Jay Bratt, who initially spearheaded the investigation into the classified documents and later joined Jack Smith’s team after his appointment, held a meeting with an aide to White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain in September 2021.

Last week, Judge Aileen Cannon revealed previously sealed records in Jack Smith’s case against Trump, exposing coordination between Biden’s White House, the Department of Justice, and National Archives general counsel Gary Stern.

Prior to indicting Trump in a classified documents case last June, NARA’s general counsel Gary Stern had met with Joe Biden’s White House lawyer Richard Sauber at the Biden White House.

Stern had been collaborating with Biden’s administration and the DOJ as early as August 2021, well before the Mar-a-Lago raid.

Additionally, unsealed documents indicate that an undisclosed witness informed DOJ prosecutor Michael Thakur that the General Services Administration (GSA) had stored six pallets of boxes in Virginia after the Trump Administration ended.

In a Truth Social post on Saturday night, Trump targeted Jack Smith following the release of explosive documents that uncovered coordination between the Biden DOJ and the National Archives (NARA).
