It has become painfully obvious that the Biden administration is doing everything in their power to deter Donald Trump from running for office again in 2024, as a number of Justice Department investigations begin to pile up in the immediate vicinity of the former President.
January 6th, Mar-a-Lago, the 2020 election…you name it, and the White House is using it to demonize and defame The Don in an attempt to scare voters away from the MAGA Movement.
Not one to back down, however, Trump has now released a defiant statement about the potential trouble he faces, and whether or not it will affect his future political plans.
Former President Trump on Thursday said he “can’t imagine being indicted” over his handling of classified documents or a scheme to put forward alternate electors after the 2020 election, but that if he were, it would not deter him from a possible White House run in 2024.
“I can’t imagine being indicted. I’ve done nothing wrong,” Trump told conservative radio host Hugh Hewitt.

And then, boldly:
“I don’t think the people of the United States would stand for it,” Trump added. “And as you know, if a thing like that happened, I would have no prohibition against running. You know that.”
Trump may not need to worry about such a situation, however, as the DOJ has appeared unwilling, (or perhaps unable), to bring charges against him for any reason whatsoever, despite their massive figurative fishing expedition and the plethora of accusations that they seem to be making against the former Commander in Chief.
