It’s October in a campaign year, and so you know what that means: Lots of ugly politicking and dirty tricks hitting the headlines.
And, in a move that should surprise precisely zero political observers, the target of this infernal ire is a Republican running in a swing state.
A new woman has come forward claiming Georgia GOP Senate hopeful Herschel Walker drove her to have an abortion, famed attorney Gloria Allred said Wednesday.
The woman, who has been identified only as “Jane Doe,” was allegedly in a romantic relationship with the former football hero-turned-Republican nominee.
There is alleged “evidence” as well.

Allred claimed in a statement that she would provide evidence of the romantic relationship and Walker’s knowledge that the woman was about to terminate her pregnancy.
“All evidence in support of her romance with Mr. Walker will be revealed at the press conference,” she said. The briefing will be held at 2:30 p.m. over Zoom.
Walker has proven to be a consummate challenger to incumbent Democrat Raphael Warnock, despite his political naiveté, causing a great deal of money to be spent by they left in order to somehow defame the Georgia football legend.
As for the previous claims, Walker was adamant that the claims were false.
During a debate in Savannah earlier this month, Walker flatly denied the first abortion allegation.
“I said that was a lie, and I’m not backing down,” he said.
Warnock and Walker are heading into the election in a dead heat according to many pollsters.
